Reactions were performed in the same manner as in Example 1, (I) by using 8-[2-(4-ethyl-2-thienyl)ethyl]-2-morpholino-4H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-4-one (122 mg, 0.33 mmol) as a starting material. As a result, 52 mg (40% for the three steps) of the title compound in orange color was obtained.
