The tert-butyl (E)-3-{2-[(3S)-3-hydroxyhexahydro-1-pyridinyl]-8-[(E)-2-(4-isopropyl-1,3-thiazol-2-yl)-1-ethenyl]-4-oxo-4H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-3-yl}-2-propenoate (72.7 mg, 0.139 mmol) obtained in (B) was treated in the same manner as in Example 102, (I) to obtain the title compound (35.5 mg, 55%).
