Using an analogous procedure to that described in Example 2, except that the reaction mixture was heated to 80° C. for 5 hours, 2-chloropyridine-4-carbonyl chloride was reacted with N-(3-amino-4-chlorophenyl)-2-morpholinopyridine-4-carboxamide to give the title compound in 95% yield; NMR Spectrum: (DMSOd6) 3.53 (m, 4H), 3.75 (m, 4H), 7.11 (d, 1H), 7.27 (s, 1H), 7.56 (d, 1H), 7.73 (d, 1H), 7.88 (d, 1H), 7.98 (s, 1H), 8.06 (s, 1H), 8.26 (d, 1H), 8.64 (d, 1H), 10.53 (m, 2H); Mass Spectrum: M+H+ 472.
