Procedure

In a similar manner to Example 1, 6-[3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)benzyl]-2-(methylsulfonyl)-4-(2-methylphenyl)-5-oxo-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-5H-pyrimido[4,5-e][1,4]diazepin (Compound of Reference Example 20; 83.8 mg) was reacted with 1-acetylpiperazine (23.1 mg) to obtain 2-(4-acetylpiperazine-1-yl)-6-[3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)benzyl]-4-(2-methylphenyl)-5-oxo-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-5H-pyrimido[4,5-e][1,4]diazepin (43.8 mg, 46%).
