WO 99/01454, which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety) (2.0 g, 7.56 mmol) and 2-chloro-4-trifluoromethylphenylboronic acid (2.31 g, 11.3 mmol) were treated as in Part A of Example 19a to give 2.44 g (79%) of 2-benzyloxy-4-(2-chloro-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-3-nitro-pyridine: MS (AP) m/z 408.8 [(M+H)+, 72].
