Procedure

Using the procedure of Step B of Example 1, 3-hydroxy -5-p-chlorobenzylthio-1,2,4-thiadiazole and dimethyl chlorothiophosphate were reacted to obtain 3-(dimethoxythiophosphoryloxy)-5-p-chlorobenzylthio-1,2,4-thiadiazole with a refractive index of nD20 = 1.605 and Rf = 0.35.
