Procedure

Using the procedure of Example 3, dimethyl chlorothiophosphate and 3-hydroxy-5-ethylthio-1,2,4-thiadiazole were reacted to obtain 3-(dimethoxythiophosphoryloxy)-5-ethylthio-1,2,4-thiadiazole with a refractive index of nD20 = 1.559 and Rf=0.5.
