Procedure
Prepared from 5-methyl-7-(2-methylpropyl)thieno[2,3d]pyridazin-4(5H)one (example 6 step b 1.00 g) and 2chloro-6-fluorobenzaldehyde (0.96 g) according to the is procedure of Example 14. The crude product was purified by preparative normal-phase HPLC with gradient dichloromethane/ethanol elution followed by recrystallisation from isohexane to give the title compound (0.07 g).
