Reaction Steps

The compound (50 mg, 0.07 mmol) prepared in Example 113 was dissolved in 1 ml of methanol and 0.5 ml of methylene chloride. 10% Pd—C (5 mg) was added to the solution. The mixture was subjected to catalytic reduction under the atmospheric pressure at room temperature for 4 hr. The reaction solution was filtered, and the solution was concentrated under the reduced pressure to give the title compound (40 mg, yield 80%) as a white foam.
