Step (b) of Example 125 was repeated, except that the compound prepared in step (b) of Example 137 and 3-(chloromethyl)pyridine hydrochloride were used as the starting compounds. Thus, 7-nitro-2-(pyridin-3-yl)methyl-2H-phthalazin-1-one was obtained.
