Using the general method of Example 149, 1-(3-aminopropyl)-2-(2-methoxyethyl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-c]quinolin4-amine (1.50 g, 5.01 mmol) was reacted with butyl isocyanate to provide 1.13 g of N- (3-[4-amino-2-(2-methoxyethyl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-c]quinolin-1-yl]propyl)-N′-butylurea as an off-white powder, m.p. 159-160° C. Analysis: Calculated for C21H30N6O2. 0.29H2O: %C, 62.47; %H, 7.63; %N, 20.82; Found: %C, 62.64; %H %N, 21.17.
