The title compound 9 was prepared by dissolving compound 5 (0.45 g, 0.98 mmol) in MeOH (10 mL) with 2-pyridine carboxaldehyde (110 μL, 1.18 mmol) and HOAc (3 μL, 50 μmol). Sodium cyanoborohydride (70 mg, 1.18 mmol) was added at 0° C. and reaction stirred 48 h at 25° C. Reaction was worked up by concentration in vacuo, extraction (CH2Cl2/K2CO3(aq)) and chromatography by reverse phase HPLC to give the title compound 9,461 mg(63%).
