Reaction Steps
The title compound was obtained following the procedure described in Example 2 but substituting Compound 19A for Compound 2B and 1-[2-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)phenyl]piperazine for 1-(2-hydroxy-5-chlorophenyl)piperazine. The crude was taken up with ethyl acetate and purified by flash chromatography eluting (ethyl acetate-2 N ammonia in methanol 98:2) to afford the title compound (54%). M.p. 102-104° C.
