Reaction Steps
A mixture of EXAMPLE 110D (300 mg) in tetrahydrofuran (10 mL) and methanol (10 mL) at 50° C. was treated with 10% NaOH (2085 μL), stirred overnight, neutralized with HCl and concentrated. The concentrate was taken up in water and extracted with dichloromethane. The organic layer was dried over Na2SO4, filtered and concentrated.
