Following the procedure as described in Example 158 step 2 and making variations as required to replace 5-chloro-2-fluoro-4-((1-(trifluoromethyl)cyclohexyl)methoxy)benzoic acid with 5-chloro-4-((3,3-dimethylcyclohexyl)methoxy)-2-fluorobenzoic acid, the title compound was obtained as pale yellow oil (3.20 g, 99%): MS (ES−) m/z 316.9 (M−54).
