Following the procedure as described in Example 158 step 3 and making variations as required to replace tert-butyl 5-chloro-2-fluoro-4-((1-(trifluoromethyl)-cyclohexyl)methoxy)benzoate with tert-butyl 5-chloro-4-((3,3-dimethylcyclohexyl)-methoxy)-2-fluorobenzoate, the title compound was obtained as colorless oil (2.45 g, 75%): MS (ES+) m/z 399.2 (M+23).
