Following the procedure as described in Example 342 Step 4 and making variations as required to replace tert-butyl 4-(bicyclo[4.1.0]heptan-1-ylmethoxy)-5-chloro-2-fluorobenzoate with tert-butyl 5-chloro-2-fluoro-4-(spiro[5.5]undecan-3-yloxy)benzoate, the title compound was obtained as an orange oil (0.33 g, 79%): MS (ES+) m/z 403.1 (M+1).
