Following the procedure as described in Example 332 Step 6, and making variations as required to replace tert-butyl 4-((2-cyanoadamantan-2-yl)methoxy)-5-cyclopropyl-2-fluorobenzoate with methyl 5-cyclopropyl-4-((4,4-difluorocyclohexyl)oxy)-2-fluorobenzoate, the title compound was obtained as a colorless solid (0.32 g, quant. yield): 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ 7.54 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 1H), 6.58 (d, J=12.7 Hz, 1H), 4.60 (br s, 1H), 2.20-1.92 (m, 9H), 0.94-0.88 (m, 2H), 0.65-0.60 (m, 2H); MS (ES−) m/z 313.2 (M−1).
