Procedure

This material was synthesized using methods identical to those used to prepare allyldiisopropylsilyl acetylene in Example 1, simply substituting cyclopropyl magnesium bromide for allyl magnesium bromide. 1H-NMR (200 MHz, CDCl3) δ=2.3 (s, 1H), 1.1 (br-m, 14H), 0.61 (m, 2H), 0.45 (m, 2H), −0.44 (m, 1H).
