A mixture of (115) (938 mg, 2.96 mmol) and wet Pd—C (50%, 400 mg) in MeOH (30 mL) was stirred under H2 (40 psi) at 30° C. overnight. Then the reaction mixture was filtered through CELITE® and washed with MeOH. The filtrate was concentrated to give the desired compound (116) (897 mg, 2.81 mmol, yield 95%). ESI-MS (M+1): 320 calc. for C17H25N3O3 319.
