tert-Butyl (1-{4-[2-(2-aminopyridin-3-yl)-5-{3-[(2S)-2-(hydroxymethyl)morpholin-4-yl]phenyl}-3H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-3-yl]phenyl}cyclobutyl)carbamate (4.60 mg, 0.00710 mmol) was dissolved in DCM (1 mL). 4M HCl/dioxane (1 mL) was added to the mixute and stirred at room temperature for 15 hours. The mixture was concentrated and solidified with ether. The precipitated solids were collected by filtration and washed with ether to afford desired product (3.42 mg, 73.3%) as pale yellow solid.
