Reaction Steps
This was prepared from 7-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-5-(1H-pyrazol-4-yl)imidazo[1,2-c]pyrimidine (40 mg; 0.151 mmol) and 2-(7-oxaspiro[3.5]nonan-2-ylidene)acetonitrile (37 mg; 0.226 mmol) in analogous fashion to Example 148, Step D to give the desired product (39 mg). MS (apci) m/z=429.2 (M+H).
