Procedure

2-(3-(4-(7-(1-Methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)imidazo[1,2-c]pyrimidin-5-yl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-1-(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)azetidin-3-yl)acetonitrile (Example 96; 0.200 g, 0.407 mmol), Selectfluor (0.288 g, 0.814 mmol) and acetic acid (0.233 mL, 4.07 mmol) were suspended in MeCN (20 mL) and heated to 80° C. overnight. The reaction mixture was cooled to ambient temperature and the reaction mixture was partitioned between saturated aqueous sodium hydrogen carbonate and ethyl acetate. The combined organic extracts were washed with brine, dried, magnesium sulfate and concentrated under reduced pressure to afford the crude material, which was purified by flash column chromatography, eluting with 1-2% (9:1 MeOH:NH4OH)/dichloromethane to provide 2-(3-(4-(3-fluoro-7-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)imidazo[1,2-c]pyrimidin-5-yl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-1-(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)azetidin-3-yl)acetonitrile (0.043 g, 0.084 mmol, 21% yield). MS (apci) m/z=510.1 (M+H).
