1-Adamantaneacetyl chloride (BBB-SCI) and 3-amino-2-methyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-3 H-benzo[4,5]thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-one (Matrix) were processed using the method described in Example 42C to afford the title compound. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 1.57-1.72 (m, 13 H) 1.72-1.85 (m, 4 H) 1.89-1.99 (m, 3 H) 2.08 (m, 1 H) 2.15 (m, 1H) 2.35 (s, 3 H) 2.69-2.78 (m, 2 H) 2.79-2.88 (m, 2 H) 10.78 (s, 1 H); MS (ESI+) m/z 412 (M+H)+.
