1-Adamantaneacetyl chloride and 3-amino-2,6-dimethyl-5-phenylthieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-one (Matrix) were processed using the method described in Example 42C to afford the title compound. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 0.87-1.08 (m, 6 H) 1.08 (s, 3 H) 1.19 (d, 3 H) 1.46-1.69 (m, 1 H) 1.75-2.06 (m, 7 H) 2.10-2.25 (m, 1 H) 2.27-2.44 (m, 2 H) 7.43-7.51 (m, 3 H) 7.54 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 1 H) 7.75-7.84 (m, 1 H) 8.08 (dd, J=7.9, 1.19 Hz, 1 H); MS (ESI+) m/z 448 (M+H)+.
