1-Adamantaneacetyl chloride and 3-amino-2,5,6-trimethylthieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-one (Matrix) were processed using the method described in Example 42C to afford the title compound. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 1.55-1.77 (m, 12 H) 1.91-1.98 (m, 3 H) 2.08 (d, J=12.0 Hz, 1 H) 2.15 (d, J=12.0 Hz, 1 H) 2.35 (s, 3 H) 2.36 (s, 6 H) 10.76 (s, 1H); MS (ESI+) m/z 386 (M+H)+.
