The product from Example 50A and 3-amino-2-ethylthieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-one (Enamine) were processed using the method described in Example 42C to afford the title compound. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 1.20 (t, J=7.3 Hz, 3 H) 1.46-1.81 (m, 6H) 1.94-2.13 (m, 6 H) 2.14-2.23 (m, 2 H) 2.23 (s, 2 H) 2.55-2.86 (m, 2 H) 7.41 (d, J=5.5 Hz, 1 H) 7.59 (d, J=5.5 Hz, 1 H); MS (ESI+) m/z 406 (M+H)+.
