Reaction Steps
Following General Procedure H, tert-butyl 4-(8-methoxy-4-oxo-4,5-dihydrothieno[2,3-c]quinolin-9-yl)phenethyl(methyl)carbamate (200 mg, 0.43 mmol) in (DMF) was reacted with NCS (70 mg, 0.50 mmol) to afford the desired product (120 mg, 55%) as a yellow solid: ESI MS m/z 500 [C26H27ClN2O4S+H]+.
