Following General Procedure E, (R)-tert-butyl 2-(4-bromophenyl)propylcarbamate (60 mg, 0.20 mmol) was reacted with 9-bromo-8-methoxy-6-methylthieno[2,3-c]quinolin-4(5H)-one (60 mg, 0.20 mmol) to afford the desired product (52 mg, 62%) as a brown solid: ESI MS m/z 479 [C27H30N2O4S]+
