Following General Procedure B, N-(1-hydroxypropan-2-yl)-4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)benzenesulfonamide (570 mg, 1.7 mmol) was reacted with 9-bromo-8-methoxythieno[2,3-c]quinolin-4(5H)-one, (471 mg, 1.5 mmol) to afford the desired product (109 mg, 16%) as an off-white powder.
