Procedure

Using in analogous manner the procedure described in example 1e), 2-chloro-6-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-pyrimidine-4-carboxylic acid dimethylamide (99 mg, 0.3 mmol) was reacted with 3-methoxy-4-(4-methyl-imidazol-1-yl)-phenylamine (61 mg, 0.3 mmol) to give the title compound as yellow solid (76 mg, 51%). MS ISP (m/e): 497.4 [(M+H)+]. 1H NMR (CDCl3, 300 MHz): δ (ppm)=8.21 (d, 2H), 7.77 (d, 2H), 7.74 (d, 1H), 7.66 (s, 1H), 7.45 (s, 1H), 7.41 (s, 1H), 7.23 (d, 1H), 7.18 (dd, 1H), 6.90 (s, 1H), 3.89 (s, 3H), 3.18 and 3.15 (2 s, 2×3H), 2.31 (s, 3H).
