Using in analogous manner the procedure described in example 1e), 2-[2-chloro-6-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-pyrimidin-4-yl]-propan-2-ol (95 mg, 0.3 mmol) was reacted with 3-methoxy-4-(2-methyl-thiazol-5-yl)-phenylamine (66 mg, 0.3 mmol) to give the title compound as light yellow solid (36 mg, 24%). MS ISP (m/e): 501.1 [(M+H)+]. 1H NMR (CDCl3, 300 MHz): δ (ppm)=8.21 (d, 2H), 7.98 (s, 1H), 7.77 (m, 3H), 7.54 (d, 1H), 7.34 (2 s, 2×1H), 7.10 (dd, 1H), 3.98 (s, 3H), 3.87 (s, 1H), 2.73 (s, 3H), 1.62 (s, 6H).
