N1-[Nα-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-L-tyrosyl]-N2-(2-hydroxybenzoyl)-hydrazine (349 mg, 0.84 mmol) prepared in example 73, step A was deprotected following the indications of general procedure C and coupled with caffeic acid (230 mg, 1.3 mmol) using general procedure D. The final product was purified by flash chromatography eluting with 40% EtOAc/CH2Cl2 then successively 5% and 10% MeOH/CH2Cl2 to yield 100 mg, 25% of the title compound.
