Procedure
Method H2 was used with 7-(4-aminonaphthalen-1-yl-oxy)-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2(3H)-one (94 mg, 0.32 mmol) and 1-chloro-4-isocyanato-2-(trifluoromethyl)benzene (77 mg, 0.35 mmol) to afford the title compound as a brown solid (25 mg, 15%). 1H-NMR (6, ppm, DMSO-d6): 6.21 (d, 1H, HPy,5, J=5.9 Hz), 7.20 (m, 1H, Harom,Naph), 7.56-7.67 (m, 4H, Harom,naph+Py,6), 7.79-7.87 (m, 2H, Harom,Ph′), 7.94-7.97 (m, 1H, Harom,naph), 8.23-8.31 (m, 2H, Harom,naph), 10.52 (s, NH, NHPy), 11.26 (s, NH, NHPy). LC-MS (m/z): 514 (M+H, 100).
