A solution of the title compound of example 10 (92 mg, 0.2 mmol) and SELECTFLUOR™ (Aldrich, 70 mg, 0.2 mmol) in acetonitrile (2.0 mL) was heated at 60° C. for 16 hrs. The reaction mixture was directly purified by preparative HPLC on a 100×20 mm YMC C-18 column using 0.1% TFA modified CH3CN—H2O solvent system as the eluent to afford the title compound.
