To a solution of 19(0.1 g, 0.26 mmol), benzoyl chloride (0.09 ml, 0.78 mmol) in pyridine (1 ml) was stirred at 100-110° C. for 16H. The reaction mixture was quenched with ice water and extracted with EtOAc. The combined organic layer was dried over anhydrous MgSO4 and evaporated to give residue that was chromatographed over silica gel (EtOAc: n-hexane=1:2) to afford 20, yield 82%.
