From (±) cis/trans-4-(2-oxo-1-benzimidazolinyl)-3-methoxycarbonyl-piperidine and 1,1-dioxido-2-(4-bromobutyl)-5-chloro-1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one (prepared as shown in Example 22) using the procedures described in Example 1, Step 3, there was obtained a white solid from methylene chloride, melting point 170-176° C. Analysis calculated for C25H27ClN4O6S: C, 54.89; H, 4.98; N, 10.24; found: C, 54.65; H, 4.98; N, 10.22. The NMR was consistent with the structure.
