The title compound of Example 3 [2-(4-Hydroxy-cyclohexylamino)-4-(3,6,6-trimethyl-4-oxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-indol-1-yl)-benzamide] (150 mg, 0.366 mmol) and Dess-Martin periodinane (0.366 mmol) were dissolved in anhydrous CH2Cl2 and stirred at room temperature for one hour. The reaction mixture was concentrated and the title compound was isolated as a white solid (36.2 mg, 24% yield) after purification by column chromatography eluting with EtOAc-MeOH. LCMS m/z: (M+H)=408.3.
