Reaction Steps
A mixture of (2-chloroquinazolin-4-yl)-(4-methoxyphenyl)-methylamine 0.335 g (1.0 mmol), sarcosine methyl ester hydrochloride 0.139 g (1.0 mmol) with Et3N 1.0 mL (10.0 mmol) in DMF 2 mL was stirred at 130° C. for 20 minutes under microwave irradiation. The crude mixture was directly charged to silica-gel, and purified by MPLC (SiO2, EtOAc 0˜100% in hexanes) to give the title compound, which was further purified by preparative HPLC for analytical use. 1H NMR (CD3OD, 400 MHz) δ 7.63-7.70 (m, 2H), 7.31 (d, J=9.0 Hz, 2H), 7.07-7.11 (m, 2H), 6.97-7.01 (m, 1H), 6.80 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 1H), 4.62 (s, 2H), 3.87 (s, 3H), 3.81 (s, 3H), 3.62 (s, 3H), 3.45 (s, 3H); HRMS (ES) m/z calcd for C20H22N4O3 (M+H) 367.1764, found 367.1772.
