The title compound was synthesized as a pale yellow-green solid (83 mg; 91%) in a manner analogous to that found in Example 254 from 2-{4-[(3-chloro-4-ethoxy-phenyl)-methyl-amino]-quinazolin-2-ylmethyl}-isoindole-1,3-dione (104 mg, 0.220 mmol) and hydrazine monohydrate (85 μL, 1.8 mmol). 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ 8.62 (m(br), 3H), 7.87 (m, 1H), 7.81 (m, 1H), 7.64 (m, 1H), 7.35-7.28 (m, 2H), 7.25 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 1H), 6.96 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 1H), 4.36 (m, 2H), 4.17 (q, J=6.9 Hz, 2H), 3.69 (s, 3H), 1.39 (t, J=6.8 Hz, 3H); LC-MS (ESI+; 343 ([M+H]+)).
