Reaction Steps
The compound (300 mg, 0.75 mmol) prepared in Example 157 was dissolved in tetrahydrofuran (25 ml) and methanol (25 ml). 1N aqueous sodium hydroxide solution (4.0 ml, 4 mmol) was added thereto, and the mixture was stirred for 3 h at room temperature. After completion of the reaction, 1N hydrochloric acid was added. The mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate, dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate, and filtered. The filtrate was distilled under reduced pressure, and purified by column chromatography to give the title compound (235 mg, Yield 84%).
