The compound (140 mg, 0.41 mmol) prepared in Example 42 and N-hydroxypiperidinecarboxamidine instead of N-hydroxycyclopentanecarboxamidine were reacted according to the same procedure as Example 172 to give the title compound (100 mg, Yield 54%).
