4-Fluoro-N-{[2-oxo-6-(2-oxo-1,3-oxazolidin-3-yl)-4-(trifluoromethyl)-1,4-dihydro-2H-3,1-benzoxazin-4-yl]methyl}benzamide was subjected to optical resolution by HPLC (Chiralpack AD-H, n-hexane:ethanol=3:1), and a fraction eluted at a later time was concentrated, whereby the objective compound was obtained.
