Reaction Steps
4-Fluoro-N-{[2-oxo-6-(1H-pyrazol-5-yl)-4-(trifluoromethyl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinazolin-4-yl]methyl}benzamide was subjected to optical resolution by HPLC (Chiralpack AD-H, n-hexane:2-propanol=3:1), and a fraction eluted at a later time was concentrated, whereby the objective compound was obtained.
