Ethyl N-(6-chloro-2-methoxyquinoxalin-3-yl)carbamate and 1-(4-methoxyphenyl)piperazine were reacted by the same way with the example 22 to obtain the titled compound (yield, 81%). 1H NMR (200 MHz, CDCl3): δ 3.16 (s, 4H), 3.78 (s, 3H), 4.16 (s, 4H), 6.88-6.93 (m, 4H), 7.27-7.80 (m, 4H).
