This compound was prepared according to the procedure described in Example 16. A solution of tert-butyl (3-(1-(2-(7-methoxyquinolin-4-yloxy)ethyl)-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyridin-3-yl)phenyl)methylcarbamate (0.3 g, 0.6 mmol) in 10 mL of saturated HCl in EtOAc was stirred at rt for 2 hours. The mixture was then concentrated in vacuo. The residue was washed with 50% Hex/EtOAc to give the desired product (0.2 g, 83% yield) as light yellow solid. MS (ESI pos. ion) m/z (MH+): 402.1. Calc'd Exact Mass for C24H23N3O3: 401.17.
