Procedure

The title compound was prepared from 4-methyl-2-(2H-pyrazol-3-yl)-thiazole-5-carboxylic acid benzylamide and 2-(bromo-1-methyl-ethyl)-benzene as described in Example 90 and isolated by chiral separation (90/10, heptane/isopropyl alcohol). 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 7.35-7.41 (m, 5H), 7.20-7.35 (m, 3H), 7.14 (d, J=4 Hz, 2H), 7.08 (d, J=2 Hz, 1H), 6.75-6.82 (bs, 1H), 6.66 (d, J=2 Hz, 1H), 4.60 (d, J=8 Hz, 2H), 4.20-4.32 (m, 2H), 3.38-3.46 (m, 1H), 2.73 (s, 3H), 1.30 (d, J=4 Hz, 3H); MS (M+H)+=417.2; Rt=1.32 min; HRMS (M+H)+=417.17.
