To 2-chloro-3-(4-fluorotetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yl)pyridine (0.11 g, 0.510 mmol) was added to 4-(benzo[d]thiazol-2-ylamino)phenol (0.124 g, 0.510 mmol) with cesium carbonate (0.332 g, 1.020 mmol) in DMSO (1 mL). The resulting mixture was heated to 90° C. overnight. Aqeuous work up and purification by prep-plate TLC (3% MeOH/DCM) produced desired product. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 422 (M+1). IC50 (uM) +++++.
