Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from the intermediate from Step A and methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate using the Mitsunobu conditions described in EXAMPLE 4. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3): δ 8.054 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 2H); 7.74 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 1H); 7.35 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 1H); 7.07 (d, J=8.7 Hz, 2H); 5.31 (s, 2H); 3.93 (s, 3H). LCMS2 2.29 min. (M+H)=312
