The title compound was prepared in 58% yield from 2-amino-3-bromo-5-chloropyridine and 3,5-dichloro-1-(4-methoxy-benzyl)-1H-pyrazin-2-one in a manner analogous to that for the preparation of example 26. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6): δ 9.58 (s, 1H), 8.51 (d, 1H, J=2.4 Hz), 8.40 (d, 1H, J=2.4 Hz), 7.51 (s, 1H), 7.36 (d, 2H, J=8.8 Hz), 6.92 (d, 2H, J=8.8 Hz), 5.00 (s, 2H), 3.73 (s, 3H). MS (ES) [m+H] calc'd for C17H13BrCl2N4O2, 455, 457, 459; found 455, 457, 459.
